      September 26, 2018 - This recall involves IKEA CALYPSO ceiling lamps. The CALYPSO ceiling lamp is a round 3 bulb ceiling lamp with glass shade. The article number associated with the CALYPSO ceiling lamp is 000.324.16 and only product with date stamps 1625 to 1744 are affected. The date stamp is located on the label affixed to the ceiling lamp.

      Power management company Eaton has issued a product safety bulletin for certain Eaton Heavy Duty 30A and 60A Safety Switches intended for use in heavy commercial, utility and industrial applications. Distributors in the U.S. and Canada are being informed now and advised on how to identify suspect switches and what corresponding actions to take.

      May 31, 2018 – The following is a notification from UL that the ground fault circuit interrupter, identified below, bears a counterfeit UL Mark for the United States and Canada. These GFCIs have not been evaluated by UL to the appropriate Standards for Safety and it is unknown if they comply with any safety requirements.

      Although these counterfeit GFCIs are marked with model designation TGMT20 and have the UL label, the GFCIs were not manufactured by Zhejiang Trimone Co. Ltd.

      May 15, 2018 – The following is a notification from UL that the Archipelago Lighting and LifeBulb direct replacement LED tube lamps, identified below, are identified for applications not certified by UL LLC and may pose a fire hazard. The LED tube lamps are identified for multiple application methods, but are not intended for line voltage applications.
