      Éric started his career at Deschenes Group in 2002 in the position of Vice President, Purchasing and Logistics. In 2006 he assumed the position of Vice President and General Manager of Deschênes & Fils – Québec.

      LEVITON CANADA announces the promotion of Jean-François Gravel to the position of Sales Director for Quebec and Atlantic, effective August 16, 2021.

      Jean-François has been in the electrical industry for his entire career. Over the years, he has had many roles, starting with a summer job as a warehouse employee, followed by various roles including, counter sales, inside sales, buyer, branch manager and sales representative. His 20 years of experience in the electrical industry has been both at the distributor and manufacturer levels.

    Hydro Ottawa announced that it will soon receive support to help distribute funding to eligible applicants for EV charging stations within the city of Ottawa boundaries.

    This funding initiative will provide up to 50 per cent of project costs for the purchase and installation of EV charging stations for:

    GE Hitachi Nuclear Energy (GEH) and BWXT Canada Ltd. (BWXT Canada) have entered into a teaming agreement to cooperate on engineering and procurement to support the design, manufacturing and commercialization of the BWRX-300 small modular reactor (SMR).
