    Product Identification: Counterfeit ASTA Cerificate of short circuit tests, Certificate number 22536 with a laboratory reference number of 19M1686-s-#01, date of test 15-16 August 2019, document is signed on 18 May 2020.

    Hazard Involved: Unknown

    What To Do: Use should be immediately discontinued and return to the point of purchase. Distributors and retailers should discontinue sales and return inventories to their suppliers.
