    Yokogawa Meters & Instruments Corporation announces that it has developed the LS3300, an AC power calibrator that can accurately and stably produce a wide range of AC power outputs for the calibration of power meters and other types of power measuring instruments.     Yokogawa Electric Corporation announces that it will introduce Release 4 of the SMARTDAC+® GX series panel-mount type paperless recorder, GP series portable paperless recorder, and GM series data acquisition system on May 19.

    With this latest release, new modules are provided to expand the range of applications possible with SMARTDAC+ systems and improve user convenience. New functions include sampling intervals as short as 1 millisecond and the control and monitoring of up to 20 loops.

John has a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Technology and Automated Manufacturing from the ITT Technical Institute. Professionally, he brings a wealth of experience to WAGO having worked in technical sales for over 30 years in companies such as Eaton, Pepperl + Fuchs, Inc. and Schneider Electric.

He holds a Diploma in Industrial Instrumentation and Control and has extensive experience in sales; he worked for 4 years in Industrial Sales for WESCO Distribution, 3 years as an Automation tech for Associated Labels, and 2.5 years in Electrical-Hydraulic sales for PSI Fluid Power.

    LSI INDUSTRIES has announced the appointment of Ron Newbold as President of its Lighting Solutions division. Ron most recently served as VP of Brand Management at Hubbell Lighting and had been with Hubbell since 1997, with progressive leadership positions spanning strategic planning, marketing, sales, and engineering. He began his lighting career at Lithonia Lighting in 1990, serving in roles of increasing responsibility in manufacturing, procurement, marketing, and product management.
