    Job Description:
    We are currently seeking to fill a Senior Inside Sales position for our Victoria Branch.

    The Senior Inside Sales representative is responsible for maintaining developed relationships and building positive relationships with customers and suppliers through generating accurate quotations, sales orders and returns that align with organizational sales targets. Senior Inside Sales works closely with Outside Sales and/or the District Branch Manager to provide excellent customer service, prevent potential issues and monitor ongoing projects.

    On a day-to-day basis, you will be expected to:

    • Customer Relations
    • Quotations
    • Project Management
    • Order Entry and Management
    • Stock Monitoring
    • Shipping
    • Return Material Authorization
    • Sales Monitoring
    • Quality Control

    The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

    • High school completion
    • 10+ years of sales and customer service experience
    • 7+ years of electrical/lighting industry experience in a similar role
    • Electrical/lighting product knowledge is a must
    • Intermediate computer skills with proficiency in MS Office & the ability to learn new software programs
    • Wide range of expertise in the products and services provided by E.B. Horsman & Son
    • Basic mathematical skills
    • English language proficiency
    • Ability to sit at a desk for 4+ hours per day
    • Must be able to work under time-sensitive project deadlines
    • Must be able to adjust to heavy periods of workload
    • Ability to work through interruptions
    • Must be able to maintain a professional and positive phone demeanor
    • Ability to effectively manage multiple demands with competing timelines
