      Underwriters Laboratories (UL) is notifying consumers that the power supply provided with the cordless drill, identified below, bears an unauthorized UL Mark for the United States and Canada. This power supply has not been evaluated by UL to the appropriate standard for safety for the United States or Canada, and is not authorized to bear the UL Mark.  It is unknown if this power supply complies with the United States or Canadian safety requirements.

This product has not been evaluated by UL to the appropriate standard for safety for the United States or Canada, and is not authorized to bear the UL Mark.  It is unknown if this product complies with the United States or Canadian safety requirements.

      CPSC announced the recall of 94,000 dual sensor smoke alarms; the recall indicates an electrostatic discharge can damage the unit, causing it not to warn consumers of a fire. The smoke alarm were marked with the UL Listing Marks for the United States and Canada.
