      May 2, 2017 – Recall# RA-63176 (Health Canada)

      This recall expansion involves the addition of another possible brand of thermostat that was not included in the previous recall. (RA-62104 – February 9, 2017)

      The following model numbers are included in this recall. HTM211, HTM311, HTM511, HTM611, HTM621. These models were known to be sold under the brand names Stelpro, Garrison, Maison, NOMA, RONA and UPM. All serial numbers are affected.

      April 28, 2017 – RONA, Inc. is voluntarily recalling Uberhaus brand ceiling fans bearing model number SW52-SN-R5W1 or product number 89325003.

      March 1, 2017 – This expanded recall involves Philips Energy Advantage Ceramic Metal Halide Lamps model CDM330 manufactured from May 2011 through March 2014. They are designed as energy efficient replacements for traditional 400W quartz metal halide lamps installed in magnetic ballasts and intended for use in high-ceiling industrial, retail and commercial applications. The lamps were sold in both clear and coated versions.

      February 15, 2017 – The following is a notification from Intertek that the Facdir Exit Signs identified below bear unauthorized Intertek Certification Marks for the United States. These products have not been evaluated by Intertek and it is not known if they comply with any safety requirements.
