NOTIFIER by Honeywell announces a series of free Emergency Management Seminars to educate architects/engineers, facility owners, security directors and Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs) on the latest fire alarm and mass notification solutions. The half-day seminars will cover the best applications for a number of cutting-edge technologies while highlighting significant benefits, such as cost-savings, ease-of-use and faster, more precise detection.
Industry experts from NOTIFIER will cover critical components of fire alarm and mass notification systems, and how today’s technologies can be seamlessly integrated to provide maximum protection and cost-efficiencies. The seminars will explore how these systems can be customized to fit the life safety requirements of virtually any facility or multi-building campus, while allowing for future growth or changes. System design concepts and new products for achieving high levels of voice communications intelligibility, plus other visual notification options will also be discussed.
Representatives from System Sensor will cover a broad range of new detection technologies, including a new combination smoke/carbon monoxide device designed to reduce nuisance alarms along with labor and material costs for commercial sleeping spaces such as hotels, dormitories and residential high-rises. Demonstrations will also cover the speed, use and accuracy of aspiration detection, in addition to multi-criteria units made to sense multiple signatures of smoke and fire.
NOTIFIER’s Emergency Management Seminars will be held in 12 cities across Canada throughout March and April. For more information or to register, visit www.notifier.com. To request a one-on-one seminar for a facility management team or engineering firm, contact a local NOTIFIER representative.
