Litetronics Introduces Family of Easy-to-Install, Architectural LED Volumetric Retrofit Fixtures

  • Feb 02, 2018

Litetronics is proud to introduce its patented LED Volumetric RetroFit line of easy-to-install, architecturally-inspired systems that can upgrade almost any fluorescent troffer to energy-saving LED technology in minutes. Offered for 2’x2’ and 2’x4’ troffers and drawing 29 and 39 Watts respectively, Litetronics’ DLC premium-listed LED Volumetric RetroFits deliver 125 lumens per watt (LPW) of evenly-distributed, low-glare illumination that’s ideal for a range of professional lighting applications, from hospitality and healthcare settings to offices, warehouses, retail establishments, schools, and more.

Designed with a unique tab/cam system to easily fit all standard T-bar grid ceilings, the fixtures’ narrow 3.15” profile enables the two-piece system to fit neatly inside the troffer, avoiding the need to remove or raise the troffer or otherwise expose the ceiling plenum during installation.

During assembly, the lamp is hung from the one-piece metal frame in a single step that frees the installer’s hands to quickly complete they wiring and swing the lamp up into final position.

Offering an attractive 100,000-hour life and 10-year warranty, Litetronics’ LED Volumetric RetroFits feature 0-10V dimming and are available in 3500K, 4000K, and 5000K versions. Suitable for damp locations, they’re also daylight and occupancy sensor-compatible to help drive even greater energy savings

“Litetronics is continually working to be the easy choice for commercial and other professional lighting users looking to upgrade their fluorescent troffers to LED technology,” said Robert Sorensen, CEO of Litetronics. “Thanks to their patented design, our Volumetric RetroFit fixtures offer an easy-to-install experience that delivers both stylish architectural appeal and a superior ROI.”
