      3M CANADA COMPANY announces that Jeff Wilson has been named National Sales Manager for 3M’s Electrical Markets Division (EMD). In his new role, Jeff will be responsible for leading the Electrical market sales team. He will be responsible for furthering 3M’s relationships and relevance with channels, contractors and utilities, and ensuring improved sales/marketing alignment.

      Travis Read, Owner of Calculus Engineering, earned a hole-in-one June 1st at the Alberta Electrical Association's 52nd Annual Golf Tournament at Alberta Springs in Red Deer. Travis was not able to get any closer on the 132-yard #17 'closest-to-the-pin' when he holed out in one. The foursome of Travis Read, Calculus Engineering – Ravi Abraham, Smith & Andersen Engineering – Tim Pell, Stealth Electric and Doug Piebiak, SurgePure Corp. reported seeing the ball getting wrapped up in the flag and then just disappearing. With high speculation of it being a hole-in-one, the foursome confirmed their hunch upon arrival to the hole and Travis earned his second ever hole-in-one.

      3M CANADA COMPANY announces the appointment of Brad Hodgins to the position of Marketing Operations Manager for the Electrical Markets Division, effective June 12th, 2017. In this role, Brad will be responsible for managing operations within the EMD business, focusing on sales growth and customer experience optimization. Brad will lead the EMD marketing team, whose primary segment focus includes utilities, industrial, MRO, OEM, and coatings.
