June 28, 2017 – CSA Group, a global provider of testing and certification services and a standards development organization, notifies members of the public of the unauthorized use of CSA Group Certification Marks on limit switches by Panasonic Industrial Devices Sunx Co., Ltd.
The limit switches display an unauthorized use of CSA Group’s Certification Mark. The identified units are Model “LCS1-101”and branded as “YAMATAKE” with Lot No.’s “1640M” and “1648M”.
There have been no reports of damage, fire or injury to date.
Anyone who has received product manufactured by Panasonic Industrial Devices Sunx Co., Ltd. bearing CSA Group Marks with these lot numbers are urged to contact CSA Group’s Brand Protection team at: Crush.Counterfeiting@csagroup.org.
